This page has a purpose:
demonstrate, by individual practice, the validity and beneficent effects of
Quantum Philosophy in every aspect of life.
| Where do YOU stand? Quantum mechanics – quantum physics - quantum theory - quantum philosophy. let us know by writing to archan7997@yahoo.com _____________________________________ Philosophical debate Quantum mechanics has provoked a strong philosophical debate. The fundamental problem is that causality and determinism is lost: while the probability distributions evolve according to a well-established deterministic law, the values of the observables themselves do not Because of this, Albert Einstein held that quantum mechanics must be incomplete. He rejected the now standard Copenhagen interpretation by Niels Bohr which contends that quantum theory describes all there is to know about reality and that the probability statements are irreducible and do not simply reflect our limited knowledge. This interpretation further holds that the act of observation overrides the Schrödinger equation and causes the syst em
to instantaneously change to an eigenstate (the so-called collapse of the
wave function). Everett's newer
many worlds interpretation holds that all the possibilities described by
quantum theory simultaneously occur in a "multiverse" composed of mostly
independent parallel universes. While the multiverse is deterministic, we
perceive nondeterministic behavior governed by probabilities because we can
observe only one "random" universe, with other copies of ourselves observing
others. In Everett's interpretation, the act of observation is described by
the regular Schrödinger equation and does not require a special treatment. |

| I do not like it, and I am sorry I ever had anything to
do with it.

Those who are not shocked when they first come across quantum mechanics cannot possibly have understood it. | God does not play dice with the universe. | I think it is safe to say that no one understands quantum mechanics. | |||

QUANTUM PHILOSOPHY The benefits provided by the practice of Quantum Philosophy. Alleged difficulty to "understand" the basic concepts of Quantum Philosophy is not an adequate excuse for refusal to acknowledge the enormously beneficent effects produced by the “understanding” of those concepts. The main beneficent effect, being, specifically, a colossal consciousness expansion, at the individual, and consequently, collective level. Individual incomprehension of quantum philosophy is an indicator of a temporary state of self-constricted awareness, but any degree of awareness of that self limitation already contributes to the ineluctable changes to come in consciousness. Well founded optimism Practice of Quantum Philosophy allows us to grasp the fact that consciousness doesn’t develop continuously, but bursts out by sudden quantic “jumps”. Science teaches us there is discontinuity in the universal continuum. No need then to worry between “jumps”, as we know changes occur only by quanta, discrete “quantities of time, space, matter or energy. . Integration of that simple knowledge in one’s personal “belief system” causes immediate reduction of anxiety linked to lack of hope. Practice of Quantum Philosophy stimulates scientifically founded optimism. |
